How does it work?
Being part of the club is super easy, you just need to go on an experience with and be our follower @lappaclubspain.
I’ve made a booking, can I cancel it?
Sure, you just need to notify us with 15 days of anticipation.
*Some bookings have their own specific conditions.
I want to change my experience, How do I do it?
Easy, send us and email and we will help you with everything: info@lappaclub,com
I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
Once you go to pay for the experience, you will have a box in sight where you can insert the code and the discount will appear automatically.
Which are the available paying methods?
Bank card: visa, mastercard…
When does expire an experience I have booked?
If the experience has an open date of booking, first our team will contact you to set up the dates; the longest anticipation to book an experience is of 1 year.
In the case of a settled date, as a concert, festival or arranged trip, it expires the same day it’s scheduled each event.
I want to prolong the dates and expiration of my experience, what should I do?
Get in touch with our team, we will change the dates and expiration for you; if the notification has been made at least 15 días before the date you first booked.
What documents show I show in the location to the person responsible of the establishment?
Normally, 7 days before the trip we will send you all the documentation you will need, booking codes, maps, addresses…
How can I book an activity inside an experience?
In those experience that have extra activities, you just need to add it to the cart in the payment getaway.
